Is nidalee still viable? (Mid lane)

Every champion is viable. Midalee on the other side was totally fine before she was nerfed and now she's really weak. Riot should've thought about how to nerf Nidalee jungle but keeping her MAIN ROLE and WHAT SHE WAS DESIGNED for - a.k.a the mid lane intact. But they didn't care so they nerfed her cast time AND the spear damage, which is bs. She already had a pretty weak laning phase (good for an assassin) and now she's so weak she can't even be played in her full glory.
