Dishonorable

I just have a question. I did got a 14-day ban for being too toxic and I admit that, yes, but I have been dishonorable for some time now, not sure how long. Will I ever be honorable again? I was so close to honor level 4 when I got banned. I have two chests in my loot and this question just came up. Also, I have spent probably over $200 on this game, that is how much I love it. Will I still get permabanned because I don't want to spend more money if I do, no offense or anything. Just a question.
