Conqueror shouldn't have been reworked.

[sg-lux-2] [zombie-brand-facepalm] [sg-ahri-3] [sg-shisa] I am a Yasuo main. Yes, you can give me the salt shower I deserve for this down in the comments. I played this champion so freaking much, like for real now. I've been playing him since he's in the game. (If you're confused why a small level guy is saying such words I just wanna mention this is an account I made to play with my friends from NA) And I had so much fun. The day this great rune was released I was so hyped about it. It was just so perfect and fitting for Yasuo. I actually had lots of fun and lots of won ranked games because of it. Stacking bonus true damage felt great. And then my utopia was ruined by this stupid rework. I mean there is completely no logic in a rune, which is being stacked by 5 attacks. What if I hit them 4 times? Why isn't it going to work? And what champs do you even play with it? I haven't seen a single good Yasuo with Conqueror in the last few days. They all play Press the Attack, and can you blame them.... The fun thing about the rune was it's strength in early game. Fighting an assassin like Zed or Katarina was way easier than now. I want my good old friend the actual Conqueror back in the game! I think a lot of you will be on the same mind as myself. Vote for this post if you think I'm right. You can also suggest some champions that you think might work well with Conqueror. Best of luck in the fields of justice! Sorry man, but this rune was unhealthy from the very moment it was shown

Granting AD instead of Adaptive Force was clear sign of bias against AP users, and before you say it was intended for bruisers I remind you that Mordekaiser and Diana exist, both fall under the fighter class, a juggernaught and a Diver Neither Of which could use the rune viably, so much for being a bruiser rune...

20% true Damage conversion was WAY TOO MUCH, some could argue 10% is still too much but I think it’s a healthy amount

With how rampantly high Damage is in the game reducing the true damage and adding healing was a good decision, more sustain = survival for longer time = indirect reduction of damage output

And now it’s viable on other champions too, including mages, and yes I am mostly a Mage main, and no I’m not bias because out of all the Mages I play (Veigar Viktor Karthus Swain and mah main boi Malzahar) it’s viable only one of them and that’s only in team fights (and that’s Swain, not even my main)

However your the first Yasuo main I have seen who recognizes why the rest of the community are always salty towards Yasuo so I’m gonna spare you the downvote, I expected to be much more pissed off at this thread but you my friend, are a breath of fresh air, have a good day

Two things I don't like about old Conqueror:

  1. The stupid ability to stack up on minions, so your 1st hit on champions is a guaranteed Bonus AD & True Damage.
  2. 20% True Damage.

Conclusion: Thank God those are gone.

Here the problem comes. Everybody is having an "Against it" POV. I am writing this as a guy who was playing with it.

I liked old conqueror but this one feels much better. Especially as it's Adaptive force so I can go AP Wukong and not be trolling (kidding. Still trolling.)

It really is virtually always worse on APs right now though. That kind of design doesn't suit APs well because they tend to be front loaded and lack great sustained damage outside of a few niche cases.
