i really hate it when we can almost build every champion in league as a tank and it still works , it just shows how broken tank itemization right now......

On the contrary, it shows how the damage dealers' kit/scaling is able to exploit tanking items.
I think just the opposite.
It's showing how weak squishy ADCs / Mages are relative to how strong Assassins are right now. That a Talon with only sunfire cape and Zz'rot (maybe not this video, but I've seen Valkrin run that) can 100-0 a Sivir is appalling.
It has nothing to do with tanks.
