Visual for Xerath's Q Does Not Match Its Range

The title pretty much sums it up. I don't think the area of effect that's shown when Xerath casts (second cast) his Q accurately represents the ability's range. Many times it looks like a champion is very safely out of it's range but then they still take damage from it. I think this is possibly due to the gradient-like nature of the AOE that's shown, or maybe just that it's not long enough to show the ability's actual range. Either way I think that the visual should be re-evaluated.

The range indicator itself (the green one that shows up for allies and enemies) is pretty spot on, however if you look at the blue beam alone, then I can understand what you mean. I tend to look more at the AoE indicator than the particle itself when trying to dodge something (especially Corki's Phosphorus Bomb.)

I think both are inaccurate, but either way it seems that both the range indicator and particle should correctly represent the ability's range.
