Is it possible that Q'ing a turret as Rengar uses up the Q and grants him one point of ferocity? Obviously the damage done would be equivalent to just his total AD. (no bonus damage)
The idea behind this is that it doesn't grant Rengar too much more pushing power and also allows him to build up ferocity while pushing.
No more Ren/Kha FoTM please 
That's a pretty hefty buff. It lets him reset auto with Q more, for more auto attacks, and you can build to a Ferocity Q for bonus attack speed.
personally i will just use my empowered q for the as steroid for downing turrets.
Logic of riot------> nasus can bishot tower wit his q, rengar can't q a tower for ferocity. Don't tell me that the only reason is because rengar can escape faster.....3 sec of delay if hitten, no m. Speed just against enamy so pink and red trinkes can be used not like shaco, no more attack speed to burst tower......and nasus full tank and trinity can 1v5 after 200 stacks
