Sivir has one the lowest play rates, and at the same time one of the lowests win rates of all adcs

Most of the time when we see a champion with low play rate (2.42 for kayle) they have a pretty high win rate (53%) this is because of only mains or people who have invested time onto the champion playing it. Sivir, even after her items being buffed is still struggling, has a average 49.51% win rate and 2.54% in plat+ soloq. and its not surprising cause her recent nerfs ( in season 6) crippled her Dps..and she already had a medicore utility (nerfs in season 5) Shes in a weird spot...every other adc can do what she can but twice as better. Need utility pick ashe. Need aoe crits? pick twitch or jinx.

Heck, her last set of nerfs were not even justified.. because as she got nerfed, armor pen lucian/MF just started to get popular, giving her a weak early game, even more rough.

I think undo'in the nerfs to her W and R should be enough.

which is funny because shes late game broken as fk, her bouncing AA's crit you to death before you even see her, she will never be as priority as Ashe or Varus because they are hard engage that will either always net a kill or force a flash with their Ult/R abilitys, a team movement speed buff can be used with the likes of Kled and they still have hard engage with the marksman, just good follow up with a Kled , just theory crafting the Kled however he is played very often.

Kled you cant just rely on him for hard engage, her late game damage on theory is good yes, but at that stage of the game, whats a 400 crit ricochet compared to a 900 crit twitch or jinx, Remember ricochet is alot easier to avoid since its coded weirdly(i have dodged it by just standing on the side of the minion wave that a , Sivir is using ricochet on) and only goes in a straight line i think, its also countered by lifesteal, since the actual animation is rather slow.

If Sivir had 550 range, then i would agree her movement speed buff being good, but its too less for her current 500 range. 40-60% movement speed buff for a few seconds isnt enough to close the gap between other ranged champions.

They are considering a Sivir rework of some type, I got one of those feeler type surveys a few games ago. Something like 'Do you think Sivir is a rewarding/engaging champion to play' to which I highly disagreed.

Because it's a teamgame champion, so she only shines when there is teamplay.

Jinx and tris have much larger issues which are probs gonna take a mini rework to fix Jinx is too risky as apart from a root from her E..she has no other defensive mechanisms. and Tris needs some change to her to kit to help her in the lane. However both of them are known to be unbearable if they ever get to a good spot

all i am asking for is for the nerfs to be undone..and sivir will be decent again. She has less problems then those feast or famine hypercarries.

Sivir is a champ soley balanced around pro play - with her shield Ult and waveclear she can easily outclass any other ADC when somewhat strong - that's why any buff is highly unlikely.

um, when was the last time you saw her in pro play? if shes balanced for pro play...then there something wrong cause shes not being played at all...shes like C - D tier in pro player like now...heck even hypercarries like tristana is being played more.

Youll see a sivir from time to time. I havent watched much this season but last year i seen her a few times. I dont think shes weak, she just feels boring imo. Her utility is almost on par with Ashe and Jhin and if you can farm she can turn into a monster in teamfights with the right build. Edit: her range just feels awful too. with the high damage everyone is putting out shes not a safe pick. The spell shield is nice but there are always more than one threat in teamfights.

Last season she had higher AD ratio on her W (meaning higher crits on her bounces) and more attack speed on her Ultimate. They nerfed it around this time last year, she was still played time to time in pro but once armor pen builds started to get popular.. she just faded away. This season its bork, and even if bork gets nerfed there are much better safer and more efficient picks then her using crit items right now.

I'll explain it like this, her early game isnt strong, can get abused in lane (especially when they lowered the AD ratios on her W, it really hit her early game pushing power) Her mid game is still not stronger enough, lucian/corki and ezreal dominates at this stage of the game. And cause of her Low range..her lategame is no longer that strong either, shes needs alot of support from her teammates to make her lategame work.
