Key Fragment Stacking System
Hey guys,
when i collect key fragments, do my chance get lower to get one from random drops like getting honors?

True Garen1 votesI don't think that getting key fragments from Honours is "random". It seems like if you just play a few matches where at least everybody honoured, then you can expect a fragment or two on your next login. The frequency does not decrease over time.

Yeah, that doesn't happen. I have hundreds of key fragments.
