Key Fragment Stacking System
Hey guys,
when i collect key fragments, do my chance get lower to get one from random drops like getting honors?

I don't think that getting key fragments from Honours is "random". It seems like if you just play a few matches where at least everybody honoured, then you can expect a fragment or two on your next login. The frequency does not decrease over time.
