Using 3rd party programs to automate or otherwise enhance tasks within the game. It can give you a big advantage within the game, especially on very mechanically intense champions like Azir and Cassiopeia.
It is against ToS and Riot will ban you on the spot if they discover you compromised the integrity of the game with such a program.
Some players don't really understand what a scripter looks like and a simply good Azir player may look like scripting to them. The mechanics of a scripter would appear to be actually beyond the limits of human reaction time, doing things like 100% of the time dodging Ezreal Q's, and doing it by instantly moving perpendicular to the skillshot and then switching directions back to where they were going perfectly. They often generally are extremely poor at every other aspect in the game since their script often carries them up several divisions higher than where they belong.
