Shen new Q and spellvamp

Does the Shens new Q proc spell vamp for each of the enhanced autos or would it gain lifesteal equal to the amount of % health damage.

im currently wondering if Btork or could a hextech work somewhere. If it is just spellvamp kind of like Mords Q i am thinking perhaps a WOA

In case anyone is wondering, his Q procs Rylai's. So it should also proc spell vamp which might be a mistake. I'll test it out as I'm about to play him.

The sword hitting enemies will proc those. The bonus damage on auto-attacks won't.

Sorry for the late reply, but no. the actual AA hits EACH proc Rylai's slow. It is every Q AA on Shen. That's why I figure that it might be a mistake as his Q is an AA buff rather than an individual spell cast.

Nothing. It does nothing. It would proc spell vamp because it deals magic damage. Otherwise the base damage from AD would be lifesteal. Your dreams of sustain on Shen are over along with mine. I will continue to cry until Shen becomes an actual playable champion.

I'll lighten up when Rito decides not to mess with a perfectly fine champion while others could use the actual rework to benefit. This rework didn't benefit Shen at all.

It does. But actually building spellvamp is worthless. You need at least 20% spellvamp to regen 20 hp per Q hit. x3 spellvamp quints - 6%. 2% mastery. 8% at start. You can try then build revolver or something to recieve sweet 20% spellvamp. Somehow 80 AP is enough to get Q bonus damage (they said 1% per 100 AP)
