i usually go either 
for her Passive against tanks
or
into 
for better waveclear if youre against 
etc.
I actually build her completely different. 
for anasty early all in with w + r + Active + Q (kills almost every squishy instantly). Then I go for 
by that time you should almost have every skill evolved. then I build the hammer into 
for the insane Q healing that keeps one alive in TF.
After that I mostly go for situationals.
