Ezreal rework please?

I truly believe that EzrealEzreal deserves the next huge champion rework not because he is a weak champion, but he's actually in a weird position right now in the current meta. I understand champions like PoppyPoppy and UrgotUrgot need a rework really badly, but they actually a strong carries. They don't get used often since they lack graphic visuals. Ezreal, however, is a really weird adc. Even to the point where people gave up and played ap Ezrealitem 3089 Ezreal, and even lcs pros play him ad mid lane. Ezreal Ezreal adc is strong when he gets ahead, being one of the strongest adc at snowballing. But if he goes behind he becomes completely useless. At that point, people resort to blue builditem 3042. Blue build isn't bad, but he becomes a support that brings in utility rather than ad hyper carry. Some people can argue "Well you're just bad at Ezreal and can't carry" or "you aren't playing him right he's op af." I'm not asking to buff him or to nerf him, I just feel like he needs a rework to make him more mechanically fun so that you don't have to be good at him to enjoy playing him.

These are my opinions on Ezreal, and please don't hate on me. I just want to know how everyone feels about Ezreal atm in the current meta. summoner 31

I think Ezreal's in a fine spot kit wise, certainly not needing an entire rework.

The one place Ezreal could use some help is his W. It's great for AP Ezreal (which is what I normally play), but is rather useless for AD Ezreal. The kind of useless where you don't even really want to level it up pre level 6.

Ezreal's one slight meta shift away from being mainstream. That's a great place for a champion to be.

Poppy and Urgot aren't played because they suck.

Ez is fine. His abilities can't be blocked by minions or structures and he's got a free flash. Those two things along with good ratios that allow him to switch between AD and AP whenever he wants depending on the situation make him pretty well off. He's easy to play due to not really having to aim or worry about cooldowns, yet still can be punished hard for making a mistake.
