RIOT Games, please nerf Zed, when you are in lane with him you can't even farm you need to keep distance to not catch you with his W E Q W combo, if it does you are dead. He doesen't even need to ulty he will killy you, little nerf on Q or E will be excelent. (Sorry for bad English)

No he is not. Just rush a 
if you are mid. If you are a botlaner, listen to your mid missing pings and don't engage 2v3. If he doesn't get 5 kills early he becomes useless.

it looks like you were trying to go ludens anyway. but you shouldn't exactly call this broken. 1) as lux, you could have just spammed e to farm, at least you would be getting lots more then 38 in a 25 minuet game, and 2) youre an artillery mage, you should expect to get smoked by an assassin that can get up close.
also I have a feeling you weren't abusing zed's level 1 disadvantage.
Play some Zed. Learn his cool downs. Learn his weak points. That’s what I did and now I can stand against him with a mage midlane. That’s the beauty of league. You can play whoever and learn them. Everyone thought Illaoi was broken so I learned her and now as a top lane main I don’t shudder when someone picks Illaoi.
