Client Issues

I would greatly appreciate an update regarding the poor performance of the client. While I've heard from you guys (Riot as a whole) about the possible upcoming skins and patch notes, i haven't heard anything about the client and any possible fixes. I am not here to berate you over this issue nor am i here to flame you, all i ask is for you to please provide us with means of communication, so we may know what is going on. I feel that not responding and remaining silent on the matter just makes the problem even worse.

Major issues i face: Random d.c from games. Can only be fixed if you exit out of game and reconnect. Sometimes you must restart the whole client. Another variation of this that I've experienced is d.c (mostly during important moments) followed by x number of friend requests that you haven't accepted. Context/Proof: https://imgur.com/IgMqqXk

loading screen for game says 100% or 90% and gets stuck. Shortly after pressing alt+f4 you hear in game sounds like pings and champion auto attacks etc and the game closes. If your lucky after alt f4ing the game and reconnecting you'll be put back into the game and hopefully u reconnected fast enough to where u don't miss a thing (if you fail to connect to the game they give u like 30secs to reconnect b4 the game starts. This all takes place during loading screens. That's why some games take forever to load also a player may have slower speeds (i remb back when it use to show who connected fully to 100% and u could see who was having issues and who wasn't. Sorry for rambling)

Minor issues: Post game lobby not loading everything. ( Have to restart client) Hextech Crafting not loading. Client sluggish and unresponsive (Have to restart client) Stuck in que. (Have to restart client) Friends list not working every few patches ( restarting client doesn't fix)

Things to keep in mind: I've tried basically everything to fix these issues but i'd gladly try them again.
