Anivia's Ice Wall vs Kindred Q

So I just got done playing a game as and realized that the "impassable" wall of ice is a little more passable that it leads one to believe. Oh no, much more than that, can Q right on over that and continue an assault. Now already has a pretty poor amount of mobility as it is and nothing but a skill shot for cc that can stop the dancing spirit as it is... I'm thinking we might need some buffing to get this wall up to ult status... thoughts?

Back when I played Anivia regularly (several seasons ago and at least one account, now), I would actually occasionally witness champions walk through the wall, as if they were pushing through an almost-but-not-completely-solid wall of minions (the wall is basically coded as a series of special minions, apparently, as are sooo many other things in LoL)
