I just lost a game due to a Darius using this double Q bug. No one could get near him without instantly dealing half their health while fulling healing himself.
Its pretty ridiculous that this guy was allowed to play a champion thats so bugged that he actually won a game over it. I wasnt able to have him banned due to me not being first pick. Its also kind of sad that i have to ban a champion because its bugged.

not once come across this, probably because its not a common bug.
every game has bugs, mobas and any game that gets updated a lot has them.
bugs happen no matter how much you can prepare for them, since you cant run every scenario that might happen. its impossible.
and this bug is clearly uncommon.
