Explain to me why diamond players open at 1 death and say open gg

so i have played many games in D5 now and i seem to just insta have to open these games since one person on my team wants to open then they all do so i continue to try and play so i dont have a chance of being banned so i report the people who give up at the 7 min mark and that are afk in base and what they never get banned? 3 games in a row? and nothing?
