I think everyone who beated Doom Bots on Level 100 should get a random Halloween Skin that costs max. 1350 RP.

Are you referring to the recent thank you post from Riot where they gave out a free skin and ip boost? Are you referring to the current Halloween skin sale that offered up to 70% off skins specially picked for your account? Are you referring to the gifts that riot often send out to reward players for good behaviour? Or are you referring to end of season rewards that offers a new skin, ward, and icon? All this from a company that exists and relies on RP purchases to make a profit.
