I was wandering how runeglaive fizz would work?
would preferably be mid lane

everything works. but is it better than other things? has it any advantage over other things?
He would give up kill pressure, which is what he is good for. Unless you drop flash for the smite but then that leaves you vulnerable to ganks if/when you all-in.
I like Runeglaive Fizz in the jungle, but mid he is better off just going for a lichbane.
