Kalista Rework REQUIRED

1. When playing and your support goes AFK, you cannot rebind to anyone else on your team for whatever reason. Even though there is a in the shop, it does absolutely nothing. This means you can't use your ult for the rest of the game and you are much less impactful in the game without your support. I suggest this either be fixed or reworked.

Ideas for a Small Rework: I think that having the in the shop is a bit of a hindrance, considering if your support goes AFK late game, when you're full build you are kinda screwed. I think having it on your trinket would be a very unique idea if the would be on her Trinket. And leave all of the vision based responsibilities on her W. The could get stronger over time, meaning the Bond gets stronger as well.
