Hextech crafting keys.
I have a question, if im lv 17 and i dont have many champs, and im playing free champs, can i still get a key fragment or should i play only my owned champs to get it?

Elisza Kitsune1 votesI recommend finding a champ you really like and then practicing them a ton by buying them (so you don't blow your ip all on many champs since runes are really helpful); to get keys. Plus key drops rates are even worse than chests :/
