Too Many IP Bots Please Fix

I am level 27 and I have been getting bots every other game. Last game the other team was entirely IP bots. It is even more frustrating when I have IP bots on my team. I can't surrender and it is nearly impossible to win please fix.

no joke, its bad a low levels, but i didnt expect this to start happening at level 30. it seems there's always atleast 1, sometimes 8 or 9 out of 10 players... please fix this its ruining the game :/
