I think Evelynn should be able to aim her Q hate spikes? like it would follow you cursor or something i think it would be a good buff and balance here lack of sucking if not fed or having built tank

Let me just start off by saying eve has always had her Q an auto target, It helps and synergies her kit very well when running. Same thing as Jinx's E, Helps her escape. But Eve's Q lets her chase and escape whilst spamming that wonderful ability to do damage on the one in the chase with her. If you took her Q and made it a skillshot then it would be significantly less useful and make her much more unplayable. None the less, Riot has nerfed her to the ground since she was awesome and now, well, we have the current crappy state that she is in.

I see what you mean, I love having so much good feed back thanks! I feel like having it follow your cursor would add potential to shoot through walls etc

Eve isnt built like that tho. Even if it did go through walls, how would that be useful besides starting camps like gromp? (they might go through walls if you have vision of a target but im not sure)
