Can We NERF all spellblade items already PLEASE
Its self explanatory, im sure someone had to go against a nasus/corki/ezreal and the first item they get doubles their damage.

The first item any other ADC gets doubles their damage as well. An early BT rockets most ADCs from roughly 80 AD to about 150. Infinity Edge does the same, but with crit. And both of these are persistent, unlike Triforce's on and off damage.
Triforce is actually the only one of the spellblade items that outright doubles their damage. IBG only gives 150% of the base attack at level. Considering that Triforce caps out at 200% base attack, when most champs who build it are hitting maybe 90-110ish, forgive me for not having the base attack of every Spellblade compatible champion memorized, and half of those are likely building an IBG instead of a Triforce, it isn't really doubling their damage. It's giving them a quick burst of extra damage, and perhaps a bit of utility in the case of the latter. With Lich Bane, the only other Spellblade item, it doesn't necessarily double damage from anything as it does add an extra burst of damage to the next auto attack used, and one that a caster has to HEAVILY invest with other items to start getting any real use from. It isn't very noticeable off of just a Doran's Ring, AP quints, and the 80 it gives by itself early on because at that point it's giving maybe an extra 75 damage? Hardly going to win you any teamfights.
The Spellblade items are just fine how they are. Instead focus on not letting Nasus get 9001 stacks on his Q. Don't put yourself where Ezreal's Q can peg you with the spellblade proc, and don't let Corki Valkyrie into your team without locking him down with a stun. That'll go a lot farther than nerfing an item that a handful of champions use to give them a small extra burst of damage and a hodgepodge mix of stats that, honestly, very few champions who build these items ever get full or decent use out of aside from that spellblade proc.
