Its time to actually start banning TROLLS riot. Does the report option even do anything? Nope.

Simply put: The League community is one of the most toxic of any game I have ever played. I report every toxic player/afk'r/griefer/etc. I've come across, and yet I have seen no improvement in the ranked matchmaking. I've been playing this game since the first month or two of beta and love it! However, the community continues to degrade with every passing season. Riot, you seriously need to step up your game and make banning trolls a priority!

I don't care about people who talk crap in chat(that's why there is a mute option, no?), but the players who purposefully ruin the game for others by intentionally feeding, assisting the enemy team, refusing to communicate, and so on....they need to be removed from ranked play permanently!

We've all had bad games and most of us have broken the summoners code at least once or twice, I am no exception. However, I have never intentionally lost a ranked match simply to annoy a fellow teammate. This type of offender need to be removed from ranked gameplay and never allowed to return! I understand you are hesitant to ban an account, and kudos for that. If you truly want to make the game better however, you need to make playing ranked a privilege and not a right.

Aside from simply banning accounts exclusively from ranked play, a feature needs to be added in which a player can be reported in champion select or after the game has been dodged. Champion select plays a very large role in the outcome of the game, and decent players should not be punished by having to dodge a match when they get trolled even before the game begins!

Im not trying to discourage new metas, I applaud innovation! However, when the summoner with 1st pick calls mid and locks in, they should not be forced to accommodate when the summoner with the last pick defiantly picks a mid as well and says "oh well, duo mid then!." I have seen instances like this far too often to think that our reporting is having any effect at all.

Please, for the sake of the game and all those who play it the way it was intended to be played, cleanse ranked of the intentional trolls and do not let them return! Let them play in normals (as to not deprive them of skins they may have purchased), but if they want to play in ranked they should have to level a new account to 30. It will give them something to think about when they finally make it back into ranked play, and maybe......juuuust maybe, they'll figure out trolling isn't worth it!
