Possible game tampering

I solo qued into a SR 5v5. When the screen popped up, I went to call sup but that flashed up so I go adc. I kept clicking enter but it wouldn't post. I go to click and the bar was unclickable. It read something to the effect of banned from posting. I thought Riot may have banned my chat but I dont usually talk much or get reported so this seemed unrealistic. I have a screen shot that I am saving incase Riot wishes to investigate this but it was pretty cheap how I was prevented from calling a slot until mid and top were open.
