So during this IP Party Boost I have been playing with 4 of my other friends to get the maximum IP, and all of us have gotten around 4 or 5 4300 champions and 2 6300 champions just from this boost which is amazing. But, I did buy Talon the other day and my friends said he was bad. Any opinions on the champion?
decent for mid game, kinda weak early. falls off late. can still split push and take towers and objectives thanks to Q.
overall = will snowball right now or feed trying.
He's cool but his suck lane is just so hard with how fast game's snowball these days. If you like him you can play him when certain hard counters come up you can abuse but he's lower class for sure.
He is really weak early in the laning phase but after level 6 and a couple of successfull roams he has one of the fastest bursts in the game. Very good midgame, especially at lower elo.
Very feast-or-famine champion. If possible, save ult as finisher for your combo to escape after a kill instead as an initiation. (It also deals extra damage if you use it at the end of the combo).
Also kind of mana hungry early in order to clear with W.
I'm a Talon main. I enjoy everything about his kit! I think he's a lot of fun and can be one of the riskiest champions in the game. If you use your full burst in a fight you then have no escapes.. you can also stealth then jump on a squishy if theyre alone and kill them by the time they realize what happened(If you're ahead that is). Often times you'll find yourself building full damage to keep up with being able to kill your opponents. He's incredibly feast or famine.. He's also got the kind of play style where you either kill your target or they kill you.. not much in between. Look up a talon guide on mobafire by vapora dark. His build is slightly flexible as well(some people like crit talon, some don't). Two things you'll get lots of enjoyment out of is 1. Cutthroating a Yasuo as he yells HASAKI in your general direction. Also cutthroating a sion that's ulting... that one is too funny. Early game your opposing laner will harass the living crap out of you.. (leblanc and azir can be tough early game from my experience). Anyways, I hope you enjoy him! Try him in the jungle too if you're bored =]
Anyone here who says his laneing is bad clearly doesn't know much about talon, he has god tier harrass with his Rake, he can safely farm and harrass with it, and even has a all in kill combo at level 3
