Do you think a melee only stormrazor would be fine in the meta?

Stormrazor caused itemization issues for ADCs, and was removed. But I think it got rid of some interesting things you could do with melee champs with it, a lot of playstyles were snuffed out. There were a lot of creative picks in for melee champs, what do you guys think?
