Talon"s E name-"Tendon Cut" or "Cut Tendon"

Why not call Talon's E "Tendon Cut" or "Cut Tendon"? and you can maybe put..."Talons cuts the enemy's tendon to keep them from running." or something like that.

I don't remember if "Hamstring" is in the game already, but it fits. Could even get a real slow on the ability too.

I don't think it is, but it's also not meant to provide a long slow. It's literally just enough time to get an empowered AA into a quick Q and then you can Rake/Ult as they're trying to run away or if they flash away.

They should just call it tickle throat since it does no damage but costs a ton of mana.

a harmstring or a tendon cut doesnt slow for only 0.25 seconds.. -_- Anyway. he had the silence because when he blinked to an enemy that enemy was supposed to be "surprised" and talon has the surprise element. now a tristana will just push him away like she is Neo from the matrix. inhuman reflexes man. so name it "predictable blink" ? xD
