Can someone send me (or post a link of) a very detailed and useful guide for an Adc that they believe is strong right now. Super keen on getting to silver before season ends. (Currently bronze 1, 0lp haha)

Here are a few ADCs that I think can get you to silver if you play them right. (Technically you can reliably get to silver with any ADC, but these are put in order of lowest barrier to entry.)
Cait -- Great range, a powerful ADC who scales extremely well with armor penetration. Armor pen is OP at lower ranks because people don't build armor until late. Most of the time they don't build armor.

You could also try this build, because it's fun: 
Ezreal-- Great range, mechanically fairly easy to deal high damage consistently if you can aim skill shots and play patiently. A very elusive champion that is hard to kill if played right.

Play Tristana. Tristana is good in high level play but in lower levels of play she's even better. Not hard to use at all (almost as simple as Ashe) and scales harder than any marksman in the game, carrying with her a good early to mid game on top of her end game godliness plus she has some of the highest range in the game lategame.
Basically, play Tristana. Free win mode. Other than her for lower levels next best would be Cait.
Generally I'd tell you to pick any marksman and play it repeatedly until you master it, but Tristana is so straightforward simple and good at what she does (which is basically just basic attacking, nothing special).
Varus and Jinx are good ones to fall back on after that too (and in that order).
Yeah I guess Trist belongs in there, too. I just see so many people who jump into the enemy and die that it makes my soul hurt.
