Getting trolled in ranked

Getting trolls in ranked is a common thing that happens to each and everyone. Know that riot ,weather they dont want or they dont do, cant stop it. How do we deal with them. The way it always ends with them trolling the game, me loosing Lp and getting chat restriction. Fun fact, riot actually sends them a massage saying we are sorry for your experience after the game. SO what is the approach here?

You report them and wait to see them make a thread in the Player Behavior boards wondering why they got punished

Don't flame them, they're doing that to bait you into flaming them and then reporting you after, which the system detects that you've been toxic. Report them after the game.
