Why doesn't Domination primary give Lethality/MPen?
Just a thought, but if Domination is supposed to be the squishy annihilator, why does it give flat AD/AP like every other non-resolve tree?

the rune is called sudden impact
Honestly that could be a good change for it in the future to help distinguish it and let Riot sharpen the strengths of the tree.
I think, for now, Riot wanted to make sure that it was a solid choice for anyone so more champions could have more options for keystones.
