Neeko E Nerf

Is there anyway we could get a nerf to Neeko's E? I know it was buffed not too long ago with the 1 minion instead of 2 minion root empowerment, but I think it's a bit overwhelming with the fact that it can root for 3 seconds if empowered at max level. Yes, she doesn't max it first, but when she does, it's just as powerful as max level Morgana q. Just a 0.5 second nerf would do much better, or a max root capability because I think it's not balanced.

Thanks for reading, give me your opinions on it!

Okay but make her ult slow enemies in the radius before going off, or give her movement speed on activation to make her ult not useless. You know her ult is an issue when sylas uses it better than she does.

this is the issue though neeko should be dependent on using her passive to bait people into ult ....

ATm she has a sort of lux playstyle to just run up to people land an E then slap Q and R .... most neekos barely use passive efefctly for ult because its just not needed .... People are goign glacial builds on her which just emphasises on how much the passive is not needed....

I would prefer an E nerf ... because having a root that long that passes through minions is obsurd .... i wouldnt mind it being strong if it came out of her passive

It’s a conditional root. It should be strong if the conditions are met.

Yes, but the conditions are a little too low, don't you think? 1 enemy gets rooted beforehand and the rest get 3 seconds of root with a distance of atleast 5 enemies. (All getting rooted) I understand your point, but there's a difference between a conditional ability that is stable and balanced, and something that is a little too strong.

I mean, it’s arguably just as conditional as vayne’s stun. Sure it’s a little easier to get, but it’s also weaker in the fact that it’s a root and not a stun.

Also it’s hardly a spell if it doesn’t have its empower.

Yeah because she is so OP and overplayed to the point where everyone is banning her and her win ratio is very scary as well!

Literally freelo...

Its not like any other champion is doing her work better. Its not like Neeko is handicapped version of Zyra. Its not like you came here after being destroyed by noobs in normal/aram because its her free week 🤣
