ehh? just hit your slow before and you should hit it every time as combo finisher. As a free poke the Q is a tad harder to hit but you get to zone them hard since it heals you back from minions.

just remove his heal+ movement speed he doesnt need that hes going 100% tank build and deals 3k damages in 2 seconds... Idk whos the idiot in riot that allows that but 88% of this community want his head
