Whats with the new rank system?

I have been a gold 1 last season and i worked my butt 5 years of league to get there. I did had some bad games on the way of the seeding of league preseason 2016. What i dont understand is how i ended silver 1 at the end of the thing and win 8-2 and got bronze 1 for this new season. Can anyone explain? I worked my ass off to win. I had two premade partner in my first two rank games with my friend who was silver 5 in seeding preaseason. I was silver 1 remember. Then i solo and lost two games alone by my self and won the other games myself. Help explain this fraud. xD

I also had decent kdr with the games i played with. Not to negative not to positive and some games im more postive than negative.

I was platinum and got placed into silver 4 lol and I am aiming for diamond, not even salty at all because i am confident I can climb faster than before. took me from season 3 bronze to to season 5 to get to plat. now it will take only a 1-2 months to get to plat why? first you got your skill as a player and mechanically shouldn't be hard to climb if you already been though that elo in my personal experience No its is not a bug or a fraud alot of people got demoted hard I don't know why people can't climb and threaten to quit the game because they can't climb back because it took them a whole season lol what a joke then if that was true then they should be able to climb even faster and stronger than they did last season and get 1 tier higher
