When are we going to see Yi fixed?

Hello,

Long time player hear and I was wondering when we are going to see Master Yi fixed. Currently he is stupid broken in the lower elo levels, because all you have do is press Q. But in the high elo levels like master and challenger he is not that good, because pros know how to out play this overly simple champion. Perhaps you could make him a harder to play champion or something, well everyone loves to play Yi but hates to play against him.
