Rammus Change

Can we please give rammus AD scaling on his abilities to make his kit more viable since he is going to fall off with this new nighfall active coming in to the game. Or just increase his base ad to keep his jungle viable and give him ap instead. As it stands you need health to make armor useful and building ap armor items doesn't help him survive longer. All in all being able to play something other than max ap or max tank would be nice on one of the oldest champs in the game.
