i think nerfing will force him back mid. that way people who are actually good at him can 1v1 mid still and my doberman cant play him bot against high elo and still dominate lane. (slight exaggeration) hes picked so much for obvious reasons. can melt even tanks at lvl 3.. eqw + ignite= anyone gets melted... i mained him until he became so busted with last buff i was too ashamed of myself to play him anymore.. have played him every role and pillaged np. (before buff) "his waveclear is bad.." item 3285 (runic for jg) one W in the center = rip entire wave. "his mobitlity is bad" theres runes and items for that just like any other mage. "he's squishy" so is over half of champ select. "his teamfight is bad" item 3151 and wait for a cluster.. press w then r.. rip enemy team better all have stopwatches ready. "he's dodgeable" good point. but when he lands, (which he will unless hes absoltely trolling) glhf. "just ban him" i do and am sick of the gamble to sacrifice my ban on brand instead of my top counter every game. anyone who tries to argue he isnt beyond busted is either flat out ignorant, wants to keep taking advantage of his over-inflation, or just likes to argue for the sake of arguing at this point. (go ahead and downvote we know who you are) numbers dont lie, graphs dont lie, stats dont lie.. every elo knows hes wayyyyy too busted yet hes been ignored/overlooked every patch for a season and a half now.... burns alot of enjoyment out of the game. he needa da nerfa.

His passive is too good. Hence why you can even go tank brand top and do meaningful damage without building ap. Brand's damage needs to come more from building ap and have less base innate damage. Sure brand support builds quite a bit of ap, but early game he'd lose a bunch of damage and be far more punishable in early laning phase... further delaying him getting significant ap.

So put a cap on the passive damage he deals and cap it at what it is now. But make that only achievable after getting 100 or more ap.

it's the passive detonation that's actually too oppressive to deal with. Okay you landed that Q which actually takes some aiming to land. You've wasted half your mana bar to land a W out of two... Either the dot or the detonation, not both. How much reward does he need for landing a full combo. DoT burns like a bitch. Detonation hits %max health and applies the passive dot on others hit by it... i mean... PISS OFF

like big mood. cuz all that happens is that brands passive and his innate ap scaling allows him to chunk ppl with only a last chapter or minimal items even viegar isnt like this, like pls riot can we not.
