Riot should fix grievous wounds and lifesteal...

i was looking for the "new" thornmail, it looks like very cool and i like the idea. But i think that sustain based champion are receiving another unnecesary nerf , darius or illaoi , for example now cnat even kill easily a tank (because catching an adc actually with this champs is barely imposible.)

lifesteal is a good idea , but it shouldnt be better than a sustain champ ( at less building just 1 item...) I dont like when i am playing vladimir and a riven with hydra can outsustain me .

Natural heals are just helped by visage , meaning that you are limited to your spell , for example if you are an as based champ KogMaw you have a lot of items that sinergyze with youitem 3091 item 3153 item 3124 ... and , in addition the opponent cant really answer it item 3110 item 3143 this items AS debuff to and adc are nearly unnoticeable.

In contrast if you are playing mundo and the adc have an executioner ore the mid a morello you know that you are quite fucked....

I think that this healings should not be reduce by grievous wounds or that riot can nerf lifesteal or make something that really sinergize with the healings...

They did that for a while but honestly the freedom of items is what hurts it. I dont thing lifesteal would be a problem is Lifesteal was a unique passive no matter what similar to BT.

For example Riven most frequent build is item 3071 item 3047 item 3812 item 3026 item 3074 item 3139

  1. 15% heals from all damage (5% from aoe)
  2. 22% lifesteal
  3. Also she has a large sheild...

Now if she had to choose which of the 3 she wanted for utility wouldnt that help with part of the problem?

If they made lifesteal a unique ability, even if they didn't lump it in with physical vamp from sources like Death's Dance, or Elixer of Wrath, it would make way more items not be able to be bought together than they've ever done before, far too many IMHO. Also, I don't think lifesteal is actually a problem because it's simply a win-more mechanic, and it doesn't even particularly scale well together since much of it's power comes from being able to heal off of minion waves or neutral monsters, which can usually be achieved adequately from a single lifesteal/physical vamp item. And IF it were a problem, due to it's snowbally nature, it would be more elegent and effective to simply tune the numbers down on the worst offenders, or even across the board (not including ls quints, because those are already pretty UP).

I am curious why its a win more mechanic when a handful of champs rush it? Also two full Built ADCS one with life steal the other without. The other would lose naturally.

It's good to get one lifesteal item on some champions which have the potential to use it so that you have sustain off of minion waves and jungle monsters. Getting more is bad unless you're already very ahead. And even getting one is usually only good if you're ahead, you are playing a champ that's good at splitpushing, or the game's dragged on even though you're behind and you're close to full build anyways.

I have to say, your post was difficult to read for structural reasons.

You should try paying a little more attention to grammar, sentence structure, and overall how your ideas connect logically to one another, because I literally couldn't understand what you were saying off of a light skimming. That means that most people will give up on your post halfway through at best.

Now, English does seem to be your second language, so I'm not trying to insult you or anything, but factually speaking, your post simply will not get much exposure, positive or otherwise, if it remains in it's present difficult to understand form.

As to your actual complaint regarding lifesteal being stronger than tank healing, and grevious wounds, being mainly accessable as an anti-tank mechanic, being more effective a counter than attack-speed reductions are for lifesteal... well, I disagree. I think life steal is fine because it's a win-more mechanic, rather than a stat that causes to you win when you would have lost. And even if it was currently a problem, it should simply be minorly nerfed in problem areas or across the board, rather than systematic changes taking place. Also, grevious wounds is already only a 40% reduction, so it's not as much of a hard counter as it used to be, therefore I don't think it particularly needs to change.

At best, they could maybe release an item with grevious wounds attached that was anti-adc in nature, but then people would combine it with thornmail and it would be too hard a counter.

well , i'm sorry about that , i tend to say things as they come to my head... When i write , i use to have this problem...

the problem that i have with lifesteal is that with tanks i have to do something special (like hit other champs to get the heal) meanwhile , other guys can simply attack the wave and refill the hp bar. You have reason when you say that it is a win more mechanic but its disapointing when you feel that your heals (a mechanic that i love) feel so weak..

Bramble Vest/Thornmail only affects auto-attack based champions which are mostly Marksmen and a few top lane champs like Jax Irelia Tryndamere. I don't think it really affects Illaoi since it's her tentacles, not her autos that heal her. Same with Darius Q. You can just wait 1 second before using their Q for the heal. It only applies GW if the attacker hits the thornmail wearer. Attacking with thornmail does not inflict GW, like item 3123 does.
