League of Legends (TM) Client Not Responding problem I reinstall the game I ran it as admin it won't work after I picked the champion League of Legends logo didn't show up and in task manger said League of Legends (TM) Client Not Responding how to fix it?

I got the Same problem after the latest patch.

Steps I tried and DIDNT work:

Re-installed the game several times
Ran as administrator
Compatibility win7, win8 etc...
Deleted all files related to LoL (Documents, Install Path, AppData, Nvidia configs etc.)
Copied the game from a different PC and pasted it in mine
Ran Hextech Repair Tool (force update etc.)
Disabled Firewall
Granted specific access in firewall
Disabled AntiVirus
Granted specific exception in AntiVirus

Same. It's been happening occasionally to games of League, but almost every time I try to start a game of TFT
