My perception of Veiger.

I've spent the few days reading numerous opinions on the new rework for veiger. Me personally I am not a veiger main or some super experienced player at this game but I feel that I have enough common sense to understand basic knowledge of the game and its mechanics and what not. It seems like most of the people who were veiger mains and truly loved playing veiger are the ones that are the most upset about the change, while others who never paid much attention to him are arguing with the others about 'adapting' to the changes and getting over it. Me personally I take both sides. Life is constantly changing and we are constantly having to adapt to change. A part of me believes its just part of the game and people really should learn how to adapt to the game and find ways around his flaws. I mean he still has a stun (yes not as effective as before), but now you have to be more strategic on how to use it and figure out more effective ways to use it. But at the same time I feel like people on the other side who aren't veiger mains need to understand that people who mained him and spent hours getting use to his kit, and learning his strengths and weaknesses necessarily don't want to go through countless hours again just to get good with him. The way I put it in their perspective is that I was an avid Call of Duty player back in the COD4, Modern Warfare 2 & 3 days. Modern Warfare 2 I was above the 10,000 overall ranked player in the world. Which to me was a big achievement considering the millions of people playing the game. But anyone who keeps up with COD and have played the newer games, COD has taken new angles at developing the game. Those who have played it or not have seen that they greatly changed the maps and movement of the game and to me im not up to par as I once was with the game. But in perspective of veiger mains, I don't want to have to get use to the new flow of COD and alter my play style completely just to get good at it again. The same goes for veiger mains, all those hours spent at mastering the champion practically just got thrown out the window and not in a good way either. So in the end to me I feel bad for main veiger players. Its detrimental to them that now all those hundreds of games and hundreds of hours spent on mastering him has been thrown away because it wasn't a minor tweak to veigers kit, it was a major impact to his kit. Lastly like I stated im not some expert at this game or some challenger division player. Personally I don't play much ranked because its so toxic with others. Im just someone who enjoys League and I enjoy watching youtube/twitch players and getting their opinion and reading other peoples opinions and im a very open-minded person. and if you made it this far, thanks for the read!! :D
