Zhao Xin over buffed

Before the buff, Xin are completely fine w/ the heal. the heal is enough or balance enough to help him go over the early game. The AD ratio is completely nonsense and the dmg buff that he has can kill lane WAY TOO EASY. Overall w/ these two buff he can clear jungle early w/o ANY PROBLEM and Gank w/o pressure because w/ the dmg buff they must flash or else he will be kill so fast. I Just don't get what are you guys thinking? maybe a small buff yes? but this is over buffing. sorry if my grammar is bad.

Riot: we are not BIAS at all towards certain champs, so by now enjoy the new Xin Zhao/Zed/Rengar/Lee Sin Meta while we try to develop another big-boobs Ahri skin.

PD: next skin project: Blood Moon XIn Zhao, aftet a month of this skin release we will nerf him to the ground so that he is closer to where he should be; hell.

Xin doesn't benefit from the AD ratio in his W in the 1st clear unless he's running AD runes or a long sword or something
