this new update is horrible

I have been waiting to play a ranked game for 25 minutes now this is so annoying its never been like this, there's always one person that leaves a game and then I lose connection to the lol servers and get banned for 5 minutes so 30 minutes waiting and no gameplay? this is getting ridiculous I put a nice bit of money into this game along with others and we have to wait this long to play I don't know why you got rid of the normal ranked queue it was much easier to find a game this new update is whack
