Mastery Suggestion for Feast

Why not change the cooldown on feast to 10 seconds or 15 seconds I just feel that the cooldown on feast as of right now (20) seems to high and makes getting Double Edged Sword a no brainer. I would like to see some one deciding whether which mastery suits their play style i.e Double Edged Sword for a more aggressive person or the fixed Feast for someone that plays passive and focuses on being passive and sustaining. Or you can add gain 20 mana back to have gain 20 health and 20 mana for every unit killed every 20-25 seconds. I also feel that the Oppressor mastery should be buffed from 2.5% to 3% but that discussion is for another time.

Feast is actually rather strong for a 1-point mastery.

In lane, you can translate it into 3-4 Hp5 realistically, with a max of 5 Hp5 if you can proc it on cooldown (which is unrealistic). Even if you only proc it once per minion wave, you still get 3.33 Hp5 out of it. Considering that you need to invest 5 points in Resolve to just get 2 Hp5, I think it is quite worth to take.

Double-Edged Sword, on the other hand, is not something you should carelessly take on ranged, sustained-damage champions. You effectively have 1.02 times the damage output at 0.98 times the survival time, making it an overall 0.9996 for efficiency (damage output x survival time on sustained damage champions). On melees, you have 1.03 x 0.985 = 1.01455.
