Was wondering if someone could give me a quick rundown of everything major that's changed since then.

Lets see, my time sense it terrible so I might go back too far but we got a Swain rework and an Irelia rework. Big crit/adc changes are coming soon. New Conqueror Rune under precision is really strong, Mundo is slightly overtuned at the moment. New assassin support just got fully shown today.
Those are the big things off the top of my head, but knowing me I probably missed the end of the world with a cherry on top.
the games retarded, i suggest you genuinely take another year off, i had actually officially quit yesterday announcing that to my mains club.
