Noobs everywhere, wtf

When I play ranked game or normal, I aways see noob teammates, one time I play , and I get 6/1/4, and mid get 10/3/4, but top and Jg where feeding and you know what they say, they say " we do what we want and we die when we want to." I told told my teammates that to report them, and we lose cause they fed the other teams hard, and I get to Bronze 4 because of them, why riot is putting me into noob teammates, WTF. And in about 10 games, there will be about 7 games there will be feeders and troll games, I hate them cause they don't care they get to Bronze 5, but I really care about it, I wish I can be a team with silver ranked, cause I don't deserve Bronze. By the way, what are your thoughts ?
