Hear me out, I know she can be a bit OP in lane and I know other summoners straight up hate her because of her stun and her potential to one shot squishies. I’m not here to propose a buff to her damage.

However, she isn’t really OP as people think because other champions can dominate her and win lane. Honestly, Zoe is a hard champion to learn because of her skill shots and her requirement to have good spacing.

We can all agree that her team fights and mobility sucks and what I’m proposing is to buff her “Q” CD and her movement speed. This wouldn’t really make her insane, but it’ll leave her mobile and make participate in team fights more often.

Zoe is an artillery mage. Her mobility is supposed to suck. Her teamfighting is actually quite good due to her ability to set up kills with E and pick up all the summoners/items the enemy is using and throw them back.

What I'd really love to see for Zoe is for her W to add the bubbles to her skillshots so she can use them at longer ranges, and increase the maximum number of bubbles she can hold at once so she doesn't waste as many when picking up and using summoners in rapid succession.
