GNAR'S Q IS FUCKING BUGGED

so i was playing with gnar and i noticed how garbage his Q is. So how it NOT works is when it hits someone it goes invisible for a second then shows up at the end of the range indicator then teleports to where it actually supposed to be and then it comes back as normal. now this might not sound something hard to catch but trust me it is. so riot i would really appreciate if you fixed your game
