Range indicators does not work anymore

As of 5.8, when i have quick cast set up and range indicators on, it does not work anymore. what is the issue? when is this fixed?

this makes me very hard for me to play due to 2 reasons,

1. cant check range
2. im used to constantly holding down abilities, to check ranges constantly, now, when i do that, it auto use ability.

fix plz
