GIve us URF and not ARURF, or at least draft urf customs

PLEASE hear me out of this, urf is my favorite thing about league and it enjoy it more than almost everything. URF is amazing, it's broken as hell and everyone knows it so it's fun. You play broken shit, its really fast paced, and u can do some crazy shit and (almost) break the game. Crazy team comps, champs that are fun, doing quick combos against people and testing my reaction time against millions of skill shots is something I love, but the RANDOM addition to URF, ruins it. When URF came out before when you get to choose your character its amazing, but when it becomes random, it just gets ruined. I only enjoy playing for a select few champs, so when i get pretty much anyone else, esp a boring tank with no real mechanics, I already struggle to get through the game, but it gets worse. Not only do you have to play champs you don't want to, but you have to face VERY annoying champs to face virtually every game. With ARURF no champs are banned, and you end up facing at least 1 cancer champ every game, eve or hecarim and so on. Its not fun. being able to play the champ I want and facing them is fine, because i can still play what i want to and have fun that way. With the new system, you get 10 bans, that's a lot you don't have to face most of the aggravating champs. I beg you to reconsider making it all random again. My most favorite game mode spamming a hundred games in a weekend turned into playing 3 games, getting my hopes up that I'll get one of them, only to be crushed by reality that their is 150 champs and I own them all plus having to face eve or hec. HOWEVER, of course I am willing (although obv its up to you i have no power i'm just a d2 monkey) to meet you in the middle. PLEASE let me play URF in customs. PLEASE give AR AND DRAFT for IURF in custom. MY FAVORITE PART OF THIS IS 1V1ING MY FRIENDS IN MIRROR MATCHES SO EVEN IF ITS ARURF AT LEAST I CAN HAVE FUN IN THE CUSTOMS. I BEG YOU RIOT. Help a poor Vayne main get through college. You took my main, don't take my favorite game mode too. :(

There was a time that it would come around April Fool's day each year. Now it doesn't even come around then, which is a bit irritating.

I don't want URF to be common by any means. URF will quickly lose value, or people will develop a meta to URF to the point where if you don't ban out the OP picks someone will play them.

lets not lie right now shall we, when URF first came around everyone tired every single champion yes, but only for the first 3/4 days it was out, after that it was the same OP picks game after game atfer game and back then people complaiend about it as well, because what's the fun in seeing the same 10 champions every game? so riot disabled champions in that game mode, so let's not pretend the first time URF came around it was all rainbows and sunshine because it wasn't

I have played URF. In fact, I have played every instance of URf that has been released, and IMO, the first URF was the most fun, where it wasn't just "pick poke and win" because of healers and shield spammers being hilariously hard to kill.

The imbalance was honestly the fun part. Every champion had something hilariously strong about them, and because of the 1/2 shield ratios and weakened early healing, poke champions are overly dominant. Yes, shields and heals are still good, but only in late game instead of throughout.

That's my opinion, not fact. I enjoyed it when every champion had something that could overpower another, whether that was heals, shields, or damage.

Oddly enough, before they added the AR to Urf, people were asking to make it AR so that we didn't see the same champs every match, because that's boring

I never asked for that. I was fine with it the way it was. The only people asking for that were the ones too uncreative to find the champs and champ combos that could beat the meta. (Old Sej was my favorite, she could stomp just about all the meta URF champs)

Yes but your ignoring the fact that just as many if not more asked for the real thing. Not the steaming pile of toxicity that is ARURF. Never before was I told to KYS. In ARURF it was literally every other game, and the games inbetween weren't much better.

It WAS fun, and eventually people figured out what was the most broken of the broken, and spammed that every match. The random champion part at least fixes that.

I still prefer ARURF cause I do not want to see the same picks again and again. Every game has a Zed or Sona who make the game just annoying to play.

Except now when you see a Zed or Sona you're the one that got Yasuo and it just turns the game into a one sided stomp fest lol.

The reason the meta was so set before is because a lot of champions are utter garbage in the mode and now it feels really bad to get them especially when you're up against one of the "OP" champs.

The 10 ban system could fix that easily, and then you wouldn't have the frustration of having an RNG loss because the enemy got Sona, Zed, Eve, Wukong, and Malphite while you got auto-attack heavy ADCs.

I always say this on the subject of URF and ARURF, what would be a good switch up would be Nemesis Draft URF. For those who dont know, Nemesis Draft is where you pick your opponents champ, and they pick yours. It would spice up the "everyone always plays (insert champ) in URF and its boring" while also avoiding the "they got lucky so they win" stuff you see in all random.

Riot has already said they won't inner mix game modes, so that's unlikely to happen unless they change their minds.. something about it being too much load on the servers.

Which is kidna bs, smite from hi rez has a ton of mix and mashed gamemodes in their "Mode of the day" system that changes daily yet somehow mixing modes or even making the "mode of the weekend" actually rotate is somehow too hard for the biggest company running a moba style game

Hell, HiRez gives away free content daily now. You win matches and gain chests that DON'T need keys to open them, and don't need some kind of Material to Craft them. You just instantly unlock the Content (Skin, Avatar, Voice Pack, ect) when you open the chest.

ARURF is a pale imitation of the real thing. Never in league have I ever been told to KYS till this mode, in it it was nearly EVERY OTHER GAME. Too many people were frustrated by the blue balls experience of nearly getting that URF climax only to be denied by this cock block of a game mode.

I'm aware of that of course, my point is mainly the frequency it happens highlights how frustrated people are that its not the real thing. Just an idiotic version that fixes that tries to fix the so called staleness of URF the wrong way. The 10 ban system could fix the problems far better without the frustration of an rng loadcreen loss.

Okay but like. URF isn't fun anymore lol. It's just the same nonsense of having to dodge Syndra Q every half a second, and that isn't very fun to play against. Sure, it's RIDICULOUS, but while it's funny to watch or play as, it's terrible to play against. I do like the idea of draft going in, but then it'll be impossible to play as some things. It's also kinda been dragged along. It was pretty fun at first, I'll admit, but that was WAY BACK in, what, Season 4? Nowadays, it feels overrated.

The players who complain URF is unbalanced are the people who don't even like it to begin with, that or they just don't get the whole point of URF. Riots retarded solution was to make random, when they could have easily fixed the so called problems with the 10 ban system.

See your problem in all of this is inflexibility in what you expect from the game mode.

I love that it's random, because it forces me to try out absurd stuff I would never think of otherwise and build champs in ways nobody expects.

People who only want to play what's known to be broken are the easiest to crush in this mode because they expect to win, get cocky, and end up overestimating the advantage they have, since 90% of the truly broken champs are actually nerfed in URF to keep them fair (which is why Kass, Ryze, Alistar, Yi, and others are all modified in URF).

You have a good point, I shouldn't really say that they are op as much as just frustrating to face. A lot of champs out there are annoying to face, and the URF aspect just turns this annoying to good god i cant catch this guy, or i cant have fun trying to break my champs because if im alone at all and eve is near me i'm dead. More of just you have to face at LEAST one extremely frustrating champ every game, which could easily be banned.

But you could do the same thing in regular URF, except you could actually PICK the champ you want to try to beat the OP champs, instead of the whole hey your enemy is wukong, and you've got an auto attack heavy adc, gl winning lane.

Because we wanted real URF, not this half assed attempt that pleases no-one and doesn't fix the problems that they ironically already had the solution for, the 10 ban system. Now we have the wonder that is an RNG loadscreen loss system that makes people so frustrated every other game has someone yelling at their teammates to KYS just to please the crybabies that didn't really like URF in the first place.

Yeah it was Arurf. Never before that had I been told to KYS, EVER. In it was LITERALLY every other game, and the games in-between weren't all flowers and rainbows either. It was the most toxic thing I've ever experienced.

In the past i enjoyed URF, but now its unplayable broken fest. Im ALWAYS vs either against Wu-Kong - probably the most broken champ in urf with perma stealth and dash and strong ult on 20 secs CD, or Zed - same thing, just a bit more squishy , Morgana - good luck avoiding Q spam every 1 second. Some champions SHOULD be disabled , it not a fun thing to experience, when no matter what you do, you CANNOT escape a Zed or Wu and WILL get deleted. I am stunned and totally lost how are some people able to enjoy playing this thing ? Are they that bad in normal ranked that they have such pleasure of Auto winning with broken champions and 'prove supperiority' in a game mode which is completely broken and trash. And yes I mention this, because I've been up many players who brag about how they stomped in lobby or even in game spam mastery icons... This community is rotter to the core
